Toscano Family Ice Forum: A-Z Fan Guide
UConn encourages and promotes good sporting behavior by student-athletes, coaches, staff, and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, or any disparaging comments on the basis of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ability, religion, or any other aspects of someone’s identity, or intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. If you find you need assistance at an athletic contest, please notify the nearest event staff member or security personnel.

ADA
ADA seating is issued on a first come, first served basis. If ADA seating is needed, please contact the UConn Athletics Ticket Office at 1-877-AT-UCONN (1-877-288-2666). This information can also be accessed by visiting UConnTickets.com.
Alcohol Policy
Any attempt to bring outside alcohol into the arena (including the line to be screened) is a violation of facility regulations and may result in the guest being denied admittance, ejected, arrested, and/or tickets being revoked. Alcohol is available for purchase for individuals 21 and older inside the venue.
- Intoxicated Guests - UConn Athletics reserves the right to deny entry or sale of alcohol to any guest that appears to be intoxicated. These individuals may be ejected from the venue and/or subject to legal action.
Animals
Animals are not permitted inside the Toscano Family Ice Forum with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. Guests with service animals may request accessible seating.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located in every Women's Restroom and family restrooms, located on the east side located on the east side (UConn bench side) of the concourse. They are also located in the family restrooms in the Club Level Lounge and Ice Level Lounge.
Bag Policy
All bags must adhere to the 12" x 6" x 12" approved bags policy and will be searched upon entry to the venue. For more information, please visit UConnHuskies.com/bagpolicy.
Binoculars
Guests are welcome to bring their own binoculars to events at the Toscano Family Ice Forum.

The box office is located in the lobby.

Cameras
Cameras with lenses that exceed three (3) inches or that have a removable lens are not permitted. Hand-held still cameras are allowed for personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of UConn Athletics.
Cash
Both card and cash are accepted.
Child Ticket Policy
All persons over the age of 2 years old must have a ticket for admission.
Concessions
Concession stands ARE located on the concourse. All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Alcohol is available for purchase, for individuals 21 and older, inside the venue.

Drones are strictly prohibited from the venue.
Elevators
The elevator is located in the lobby near the main entrance of the Toscano Family Ice Forum. An ADA accessible elevator is available to all patrons in need of assistance, upon request, to the lobby, concourse, or club level.
Emergency
In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest police officer or event staff personnel or call 911.
- Emergency Evacuation - In the event that UConn determines that it is necessary to evacuate the venue, an announcement will be made by the public address announcer, accompanied by a video board message, directing fans to proceed to the nearest exit.
- Emergency Preparedness - Guests are encouraged to follow the emergency preparedness guidelines outlined below in the case of emergency.

- During any emergency inside the arena, follow the directions of the public address announcer, event staff, and emergency responders.
- Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside of Toscano Family Ice Forum to meet friends and family in case you are separated or in the event of an emergency.
- Upon arriving at your seat location, find the nearest exit and locate an alternate exit in case of emergency.
- If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious, or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest police officer or event staff.
- Emergency vehicles may be present in and around the arena. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of an emergency vehicle or interfere in any way with their operations. Vehicles blocking emergency vehicles, exits, or traffic are subject to tow at the owner's expense. Please do not obstruct any exits or exit pathways.
- Monitor the weather prior to the game. Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends should severe weather occur before, during, or after the game.
Entry
All patrons must adhere to our bag policy and prohibited items. A complete bag policy and list of prohibited items list can be found at UConnHuskies.com/bagpolicy. For the safety of our fans, all patrons entering the venue will be subject to wanding by security personnel.
- General Public Entrance - The main entrance is located at the front of Toscano Family Ice Forum. All entrances to the inside of the arena open 60 minutes prior to puck-drop.
- Club Level Ticket Holder Entrance - Club level ticket holders can enter through the entrance on the west side of the building. I Lot West is adjacent to the entrance.
- Student Entrance - UConn students can enter Toscano Family Ice Forum through the entrance on the southeast side of the building. I Lot East is adjacent to the entrance.
- UConn and Visiting Team Player-Guest Entrance - The UConn and Visiting Team Player-Guest entrances are located at the east entrance. All individuals picking up a ticket must present a valid photo ID.
- Sales and General Will Call - General public will call is located through the main entrance.
- Staff/Media Entrance - Staff and media entrance is located on the east side of the building, closest to Freitas Ice Forum.
Family Restroom
Family restrooms are is located on the east side (UConn bench side) of the concourse. Family restrooms are also located in the Ice Level Lounge and Club Level Lounge.
Fan Conduct
UConn and the NCAA promote good sportsmanship. UConn Athletics expects all guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the game. We anticipate all guests will treat other guests, student-athletes, coaches, and officials with courtesy and in a positive manner. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Repeated offenses will result in the loss of season or student ticket privileges.

- Be prepared to show mobile tickets when entering any assigned seating location.
- Sit in assigned seats to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
- Keep aisles clear at all times.
- Refrain from entering the playing surface, throwing objects, using/displaying foul or abusive language and gestures, or any other actions that may prove hazardous

First Aid/EMS
A first aid station is located on the concourse behind Section 119. For any emergencies, Dial 911 or contact the nearest event staff or security personnel.
Game Programs
Programs are available at the marketing table on the concourse near Section 119. Programs are free of charge.
Guest Services
A guest services booth can be found on the concourse near Section 119. Gameday ambassadors can be found on the concourse and building. They can provide assistance, information or answer any questions on gameday.
Junior Husky Club
The UConn Junior Husky Club is the Official Kids Club of the UConn Huskies. All kids, eighth grade and under, are eligible to register for the Junior Husky Club (due to NCAA rules). For more information or to become a member, please visit JuniorHusky.com or email juniorhusky@uconn.edu.
Lost & Found
During the event, please report any lost items or turn in any found items to the Guest Services desk, located on the concourse near Section 119.
Lost Patrons/Children
Please contact the nearest event staff or law enforcement personnel immediately should a member of your party become separated or lost.
Maps
Media
Media are encouraged to enter the Toscano Family Ice Forum through the entrance on the east side of the building. Valid photo identification is required in order to pick up credentials left at the media will call table. Upon entry, bags will be searched and tagged upon approval. Only credentialed personnel are permitted into the designated media areas.
Mobile App
The official UConn Huskies mobile app is a must-have for fans headed to campus or following the Huskies from afar. With interactive social media, and all the scores and stats surrounding the game, the UConn Huskies mobile app covers it all! Download it today!
Mobile Tickets
UConn athletics distributes all tickets through mobile delivery, which can be accessed by ticketholders through digital wallets on smartphones. For step-by-step instructions on how to download, transfer to friends, and how to accept a mobile ticket transfer from a friend, please visit THIS LINK.
Parking
If you qualified for and purchased I-Lot West Regular Season Parking as a donor benefit, you will be able to park in this same lot for the Hockey East Quarterfinals. Please note that entrance to this lot will have a standard $15 Gameday Rate, CASH ONLY. When you arrive, please provide the name on your season ticket account to the parking attendant as well as your payment for parking.
Single-game parking is available in South Garage at an hourly rate. Those parking in the South Garage can pay upon arrival either through the Flowbird parking app on your smartphone or by using the kiosks in the garage
Police
Storrs Law Enforcement are present on gamedays to ensure the safety of all student athletes, coaches, and spectators. In the event of an emergency, dial 911 or notify the nearest event staff personnel or police officer.

Prohibited Actions/Items
All guests are subject to search at game management's discretion. All guests with prohibited items will be required to return any prohibited items to their vehicles. UConn reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the arena.

- Reason: UConn is committed to providing all fans with a safe, fun and enjoyable experience.
- Artificial Noisemakers

- Policy: Artificial noisemakers are not permitted inside the venue.
- Reason: Artificial noisemakers are a disruption to players, officials, and other spectators. In order to provide all fans and student-athletes with the best possible experience, noisemakers are not allowed.
- Audio and Video Recording Equipment

- Policy: Audio and video recorders and recording equipment are strictly prohibited except for the working news media. Video images taken in the venue must be for personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of UConn.
- Reason: UConn is obligated to protect the television and digital rights granted by the television networks and other media. By prohibiting video cameras, except for use by credentialed working media, UConn can best manage that obligation.
- Bags Larger Than 12"X 6"X 12" and Backpacks

- Policy: All bags are subject to search upon entry and are subject to additional searches within the stadium. Backpacks or oversized bags are not permitted. Purses/tote bags that are smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" will be permitted. Diaper bags are permitted in the company of a small child. Bags carrying medical needs will also be permitted and are subject to search by venue personnel. Bags for equipment and computers for those working the event, such as media, photographers, etc. are permitted and are subject to search upon entry into the venue.
- Reason: National and local security officials have designated backpacks and large bags as security risks. Unattended bags create a security threat. Bags may not be left at the gates and will be confiscated, removed, and discarded immediately.
- Recommendation: For overall safety and security, UConn recommends fans to reduce the need to bring bags into the venue - leave all unnecessary items at home/vehicle. Please use bags smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" (per person) for carrying personal items into the venue.
- Balloons

- Policy: Balloons are not permitted inside the venue.
- Reason: UConn is committed to providing all fans with a safe, fun and enjoyable experience. Balloons may cause obstructed views and disruption to the facility and other spectators.
- Banners, Posters, Signs

- Policy: Management reserves the right to remove any signs or banners at any time. All signs must be handheld, event related, in good taste, and cannot obstruct another guest's view. Signs may not contain commercial messages, logos, or political endorsements and may not obscure arena signage. Any signs determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate, or derogatory will not be permitted, per Hockey East Policy. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not permitted. Guests with unpermitted signs will be asked to return them to their vehicle or dispose of them upon entry.
- Reason: Banners or poles in the venue can be a nuisance to other fans by obstructing their view of the game, and can create safety concerns for those in the area. Also, UConn must abide by its contractual agreements with corporate sponsors regarding signage in the venue.
- Cameras

- Reason: The sale of images with current student-athletes is against NCAA rules and can risk the eligibility of UConn student-athletes. Additionally, any commercial use of photos of the venue, campus landmarks or identifiable campus elements is prohibited without the prior written approval of the University.
- Coolers, Cans, Glass Bottles, Flasks Or Any Outside Food And Beverage

- Policy: Coolers, cans, glass bottles, flasks or any outside food and beverage are not permitted inside the venue.
- Reason: UConn is obligated to abide by the contractual agreement with venue concessionaires. Full service and satellite concession stands are located throughout the concourse.
- Drugs

- Policy: In accordance with institutional, state and federal regulations, drugs are prohibited inside the venue.
- Laptops

- Policy: Laptops are strictly prohibited, except for credentialed media.
- Reason: UConn is obligated to protect the rights of credentialed working media and all data associated with the contest.
- Laser Pointers

- Policy: Laser pointers are not permitted inside the venue.
- Reason: Laser pointers are a disruption to players, officials, and other spectators. In order to provide all fans and student-athletes with the best possible experience, laser pointers are not allowed.
- Promotional Items with Commercial Identification Not Approved by UConn

- Policy: UConn must abide by its contractual agreements with corporate sponsors regarding promotional items and signage in the venue. Guests with unpermitted signs will be asked to return them to their vehicle or dispose of them upon entry.
- Umbrellas

- Policy: Umbrellas are not permitted in the venue.
- Reason: Umbrellas are a safety hazard and can be an obstruction of view for other spectators.
- Recommendation: UConn strongly advises the use of ponchos or other wearable rain gear for inclement weather.
- Smoking

- Policy: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is prohibited inside the venue.
- Reason: UConn is committed to providing all fans with a safe, fun and enjoyable experience.
- Weapons Of Any Kind (Including Concealed Carry)

Radios
Hand-held and pocket sized portable radios are allowed in the arena. Please be considerate of guests and use an earpiece to listen to your radio.
Re-Entry Policy
The Toscano Family Ice Forum is a "no re-entry" facility. Once your ticket has been scanned, it will no longer be valid for entry.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout east side (UConn bench side) of the concourse. All restrooms are ADA accessible. Men's Restrooms are located behind Sections 122 and 104. Women's Restrooms are located behind Sections 123 and 102. Baby changing stations are located in every Women's Restroom and the Family Restroom. Restroom locations can be found on the Arena Map.

Event Staff can be identified by the neon yellow, white or gray shirts. Please notify the nearest event staff member if you have any questions or concerns throughout the game.

Strollers
If necessary, guests may bring strollers to events. Please note strollers must be checked under the stairs in the entry lobby before proceeding to your seats. You may not leave strollers in the walkways, in front of doors or on the concourse. UConn Athletics is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged strollers.
Student Seating
UConn students can enter Toscano Family Ice Forum through the entrance on the southeast side of the building and must have a student ticket and valid UConn ID for entry. Due to high demand, there will not be single game tickets available for public sale for home games at Toscano Family Ice Forum this season.

Visiting Team Fans
Visiting team fans are guests of the Toscano Family Ice Forum, and UConn Athletics, and are held to the same fan behavior conduct standards outlined above. All guests are expected to treat other guests, student-athletes, coaches, and officials with courtesy and in a positive manner. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest.
The visiting team Player Guest table is located inside the lobby. Tickets may be picked up 60 minutes prior to puck-drop. Ticket distribution is determined by the visiting team. By NCAA rule, all guests picking up UConn and Visiting Team Player-Guest Tickets must provide valid identification, sign for their ticket, and immediately enter the arena. Water Fountains
A water fountain is located in the Section 101 alcove.
