2024-25 (as a redshirt-junior at UConn): Captained the Huskies and logged a team-high 35.9 minutes per game, appearing in 33-of-35 contests…was a Second Team All-BIG EAST pick…averaged 14.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game along with 1.6 blocks and a 2.1 assist/turnover ratio…shot 43.8 percent from the field, 34.7 percent from 3-point range and 82.8 percent from the free throw line…scored in double-figures 25 times and had seven 20-point games…become UConn’s 53rd 1,000 point scorer on Dec. 8 at Texas, a game in which he posted his first career double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds…in the opener on Nov. 6 vs. Sacred Heart, recorded 20 points, seven assists and seven blocks – the first such stat line since 2003…adding in his five made 3-pointers makes it the lone such 20p-7a-7b outing in BIG EAST history…came on strong late and hit game-sealing shots against Marquette on March 5 and vs. Oklahoma in the NCAA Tournament on March 21.
2023-24 (as a sophomore): Five-time BIG EAST weekly honor roll selection...started all 39 contests he appeared in...averaged 13.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game...shot 49.5 percent from the floor, 37.9 percent from 3-point range 88.5 percent from the free throw line...scored 20 or more points in eight contests...scored a career-high 26 points on two occasions, coming against UAPB (Dec. 9) and Georgetown (Jan. 14)...pumped in 20 points and hit two clutch late jumpers in the Empire Classic title game vs. Texas (Nov. 20)...finished with 25 points and shot 10-of-14 from the floor vs. Georgetown (Feb. 10)...drilled five 3-pointers in a 23-point effort at No. 8 Marquette (March 6).
As a Redshirt Freshman in 2022-23: Appeared in all 39 games, starting the last 38… Led the team in total minutes played (1,128)… Averaged 9.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists per game and shot an impressive .476 overall and .402 from three-point range… Had 21 double-figure scoring games, including a season-high 21 points vs. LIU… Scored double-figures vs. Arkansas and Gonzaga in NCAA West Regional semifinal and championship games… Made three 3-pointers in eight games… Blocked three shots in three games… Had season-high 9 rebounds in NCAA national semifinal game vs. Miami.
Before College: Accelerated his graduation from IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) 2021-22 to enroll at UConn for the second semester… Started high school at Algonquin Regional High (Northborough, Mass.), then spent two years at New Hampton (N.H.) School and one semester at IMG Academy… Consensus Top 50 recruit… Named Gatorade New Hampshire Player of the Year for 2020-21 after averaging 25.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.9 blocks and shooting 60.3 percent overall… Led New Hampton, under Coach Andrew Gale, to the New England Prep School Athletic Council Class AAA tournament championship and was named MVP of the championship game… Also played for Expressions Elite on the AAU circuit under Coach Todd Quarles… Averaged 18.4 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.6 blocks to earn selection to the All-Peach Jam Second Team.
