2016: Named the 2016 Connecticut Player of the Year Award winner by the Walter Camp Football Foundation -- presented annually to the top college football player in the country who played high school football in Connecticut…a second team All-American Athletic Conference pick and also earned All-New England for the second-straight season and All-ECAC honors…received the Bulger Lowe Award from the Gridiron Club of Boston as the top player in New England…led UConn in receiving this season with a school single-season record 100 receptions for 1,179 yards, which was second…for career, had 183 receptions, which is fourth in school history, for 2,235 yards, eighth in school history..finished fifth in the country in receptions per game at 8.3 and third in the American Athletic Conference…was also 15th in the country receiving yards per game at 98.3...started at wide receiver in all 12 games...grabbed a team-high three receiving touchdowns...set career-highs in catches vs. Syracuse (14, Sept 24) and receiving yards vs. UCF (165, Oct. 22)...Hauled in double-digiti receptions in three contests...had 100 yards receiving or more in seven games, including a stretch of six-straight games (Sept. 24-Oct. 22)...participated in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.
2015: Led team in receptions with 54 for 719 yards and three TDs...was named All-New England by the New England Football Writers' Association..had a career-high seven receptions in three games -- including win over nationally-ranked Houston (Nov. 21)..against the Cougars, had two touchdown receptions and 108 yards of receiving...was named the American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts...also had a TD reception in win vs. UCF (Oct. 10).
2014: Played in all 12 games, starting five at wide receiver...finished the year with 26 receptions for 305 yards and a team-high four receiving touchdowns...caught four passes for 83 yards and two touchdowns vs. UCF (Nov. 1)...followed that up with a 5-52 day and another touchdown at Army (Nov. 8)...picked up his first touchdown with a 32-yard score at No. 18 East Carolina (Oct. 23)...hauled in four passes for 31 yards at Memphis (Nov. 29)...also recorded four tackles on special teams.
2013: Played in five of the final seven games of the season...had two catches for 26 yards at Cincinnati (Oct. 19)...recorded three tackles on special teams at No. 21 UCF (Oct. 26)...caught a six-yard pass vs. No. 18 Louisville (Nov. 8).
High School: Was named to the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council Class C All-New England team..named by MSG Varsity as its Connecticut Player of the Year...was team captain and MVP at St. Luke's School in New Canaan, Conn....team was 8-1 in senior year and advanced to Fairfield Athletic Association championship game...also won NEPSAC Class C championship with a victory in the Dan Rorke Bowl... wide receiver, running back and quarterback in senior year....had 2,000 yards of offense with 25 touchdowns in senior year...for career, had 4,888 yards of offense with 53 TDs...head coach at St. Luke's is father, Noel Thomas, Sr.
