Cross Country: Ran in several races...Bests: 5K - 19:21.6 at Minuteman XC Invitational and 6K - 22:39.3 at UB Stampede XC Invite.

Indoor: Competed at four meets in DMR, Mile, and 3000...Tallied several top-20 finishes...Cracked the top-5 at the IC4A/ECAC indoor championships in the DMR with best time of 11:50.18...In the Mile, finished 14th overall at conference championships with best finish of 5:01.25...At Valentine Invitational, finished 3000 at 10:08.66.

Outdoor: Competed at six meets in 1500, 5000, 3000, 800, DMR, and 4x400...A part of a DMR team that took second with best time of 11:51.49 at Florida Relays...As an individual at UCF Knights Invite finsihed the 3000 at 10:37.27 at fourth overall...Bests: 1500 - 4:34.10 at conference outdoor championships and finished in top-10, 5000 - 17:57.84 at same meet, 3000 - 10:00.59 at 125th Penn Relays, and 800 - 2:24.37 at UConn Northeast Challenge.

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-2018)

Cross Country: A part of a 2017 cross country team that won its first AAC XC Championship on Oct. 28th...Ran in a pair of races...At Brown-Rothenberg XC Meet, finished 5K in top-10 at seventh overall with a time of 17:37.8...At conference championships ran 6K in 22:35.7.

Indoor: Competed at four meets in Mile, DMR, and 3000...Posted a pair of top-5 finishes in the DMR...Bests: Mile - 5:14.31 at Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge (College/Open), DMR - 12:06.48 at same meet, and 3000 - 10:38.65 at Nittany Lion Challenge.

Outdoor: Competed at seven meets in 1500, 800, 5000, and 3000...Tallied nine top-20 finishes...Bests: 1500 - 4:39.62 at Larry Ellis Invitational where she finished fifrh overall, 800 - 2:16.89 at Brown Springtime Invitational to finish fifth overall, 5000 - 17:50.50 at Sam Howell Invitational at sixth overall, and 3000 - 10:26.46 at Penn Challenge.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned 12 varsity letters (cross country and track and field) at Kingsway Regional ... All-American in the two mile ... named captain ... named All-State ... won MVP at conference meet and named the team MVP.
