Andrew Goodman joins head coach Jim Mora's staff as the director of football operations, after serving three seasons as the DFO for the Brown football team. Â
Prior to his time in Providence, Goodman served as the recruiting coordinator for operations and visits at Penn State for three years from 2016-18. During his time at Penn State, the Nittany Lions finished with a top-20 national recruiting class each year.

A 2012 graduate of Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain & information systems, Goodman lettered in football for the Nittany Lions as a wide receiver.

Goodman won an Ivy League championship as the assistant director of football operations & recruiting at Princeton from March 2015 to December 2016. Goodman also spent two summers working as a player personnel intern for the Buffalo Bills.
