Tayler Riddick begins her fourth season as a full-time assistant on the UConn football staff in 2025. Riddick has various roles with the UConn program since the fall of 2020 as a UConn undergrad.
Riddick was elevated to the role of Director of Football Operations in the spring of 2025. She spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons as the team's associated director of football operations for the Huskies. She was the director of on-campus recruiting from January 2023 through that season after serving in the role of assistant director of on-campus recruiting during the 2022 campaign.
Riddick graduated from UConn with a degree in sport management in May of 2022. As a student, Riddick worked first as a student equipment manager in 2020 and 2021 and took on the role of undergraduate recruiting assistant in the spring of 2022.
