High School: Finished his high school career playing for head coach Roger Harriott at St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale Florida. In his senior season Turner finished with 2,103 passing yards, 25 passing touchdowns, 130 completions on 191 attempts with only five interceptions … In his senior year, led St. Thomas Aquinas to a 14-1 overall record. As a three year varsity starter, Turner led St.Thomas Aquinas to three consecutive state championships and a national championship and finished with an overall record of 37-2. Finished his high school career with 4,951 passing yards, 59 passing touchdowns, averaged 126.9 passing yards per game and had 369 completions on 590 attempts with 18 interceptions.
