2025-26: Appeared in 37 total games for the Huskies during his freshman season… Finished with nine goals and seven assists for 16 total points… Scored his first career and second career goal Oct. 24 at Boston University.
Before UConn: Comes to Storrs following a stint in the WHL with the Swift Current Broncos. During the 2024-25 season, Dezainde appeared in 60 total games scoring 28 goals with 34 assists for 62 total points. Dezainde helped lead the Broncos to the postseason where he appeared in five total games scoring four goals with one assist for five total points. Prior to his time with the Broncos, Dezainde spent time with the Prince George Cougars of the WHL. During the 2023-24 season Dezainde appeared in 51 games, scoring 25 goals with 31 assists for 56 total points.
