Parking
New Traffic Patterns
Please take note of the recent changes to our traffic patterns and parking policies. Hillside Road, between Glenbrook Road and Jim Calhoun Way, is closed to vehicular traffic.
Men's Hockey Day-of-Game Parking Options
Patrons with season parking passes will park in I-Lot West with their parking pass.
Single-game parking is available in South Garage at standard $15 Gameday Rate. Those parking in the South Garage can pay upon arrival either through the Flowbird parking app on your smartphone or by using the kiosks in the garage.
Women's Hockey Day-of-Game Parking Options
Fans attending women's hockey games have access to I-Lot West on a first come, first served basis. The South Garage is another day-of-game parking option. Those parking in the South Garage can pay upon arrival either through the Flowbird parking app on your smartphone or by using the kiosks in the garage.
MARCH 5 PARKING UPDATE - Please note, there are multiple events on campus this day, so we recommend fans to arrive early. Fans are encouraged to park in I Lot or Y/Z Lot for this game. The I Lot will be FREE to park for those arriving before 5:30 p.m. The Y/Z Lot will be FREE to park for those arriving before 6 p.m. Both lots will then become $20 cash only following their “free” time frame. Due to road closures, Y/Z Lot must be accessed through the south side of campus via Bolton Road. Vehicles will not be able to access the lot through Jim Calhoun Way.


Entrances
Doors to the inside of the arena open 60 minutes prior to puck drop. All patrons must adhere to our bag policy and prohibited items. A complete bag policy and list of prohibited items can be found at UConnHuskies.com/bagpolicy. For the safety of our fans, all patrons entering the venue will be subject to wanding by security personnel.
- General Public Entrance - The main entrance is located at the front of Toscano Family Ice Forum.
- Club Level Ticket Holder Entrance - Club level ticket holders must enter through the entrance on the west side of the building. I Lot West is adjacent to the entrance.
- Student Entrance - UConn students can enter Toscano Family Ice Forum through the entrance on the east side of the building. I Lot East is adjacent to the entrance.
- UConn and Visiting Team Player-Guest Entrance - The UConn and Visiting Team Player-Guest entrances are located at the east entrance. All individuals picking up a ticket must present a valid photo ID.
- Sales and General Will Call - General public will call is located through the main entrance.
- Staff/Media Entrance - The staff and media entrance is located on the east side of the building, closest to Freitas Ice Forum.

What time do doors open?
Doors to the inside of the arena open 60 minutes before puck drop.
Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms are located on the east side (UConn bench side) of the concourse. All restrooms are ADA accessible. Men's Restrooms are located behind Sections 122 and 104. Women's Restrooms are located behind Sections 123 and 102. Family restroom are located on the east side of the concourse, as well as in the Ice Level Lounge and Club Level Lounge.
What is the bag policy?
All bags must adhere to the 12" x 6" x 12" approved bags policy and will be searched upon entry to the venue. For more information, please visit UConnHuskies.com/bagpolicy.
Where is Guest Services located?
A guest services booth can be found on the concourse near Section 119. Gameday ambassadors can be found on the concourse and can provide assistance, information or answer any questions on gameday.
Where is the student seating area?
The student seating area is located in sections 106, 108 and the Frank & Pat Longobardi & Family Student Deck.
Where is the gameday box office located?
The gameday box office and general fan will call are all located in the main lobby on the first floor.
Can I use the Club Level Lounge or Ice Level Lounge?
At men's hockey games:
- Both areas are ticketed. Only patrons with tickets to these locations can access them
At women's hockey games:
- The Ice Level Lounge is open for fans to use
