STORRS – The No. 3 UConn men's basketball team (3-0) built a 27-point first half lead and cruised to an 89-62 victory over Columbia (1-1) on Monday night at a sold-out Gampel Pavilion. Solo Ballled all scorers with 23 points, Alex Karabanhad 20 and Tarris Reed Jr.scored 19 and grabbed eight rebounds in ther win.
