BEFORE UCONN: Came to UConn after swimming at Chantilly High School under Coach James MacKenzie and also training with Machine Aquatics (Arlington, Va.)... Expects to swim breaststroke events at UConn and add to Huskies' depth to the IM and freestyle groups... Best times include 1:04.78 in 100-yard breast and 2:21.00 in 200-yard breast... Mde finals in both the 200-yard breast and 200-yard IM at Potomac Valley Senior Championship... Finaled multiple times in the VHSL Class 6 State Championships, reaching top 15 in both 500-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke... Member of the National Honor Society, the French Honor Society, and the German Honor Society while in high school.
