Indoor: Competed at two meets in the Mile...At Nittany Lion Challenge finished 28th overall at 5:48.11.

Outdoor: At the Northeast Challenge in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase, finished in top-10 at 12:30.28 at seventh overall.

AS A JUNIOR (2017-2018)

Cross Country: Did not compete.

Indoor: Competed at four meets in 1000, 4x800, and Mile...Bests: 1000 - 3:06.39 at Nittany Lion Challenge and Mile - 5:14.76 at Valentine Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed at six meets in 1500, 800, and 4x400...Posted five top-20 finishes...A part of a relay team that took gold at the Brown Springtime Invitational with a time of 4:09.63...Bests: 1500 - 4:44.22 at Larry Ellis Invitational, 800 - 2:19.53 at Brown Springtime Invitational (finished 10th overall), and 4x400 at the aforementioned Brown Springtime Invitational.

Did not compete freshman and sophomore years.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran varsity cross country and track and field at Cromwell High School ... three-time All-State honoree in cross country ... two-time conference champion in track and field.
