Cross Country: Ran the 5K at the Minuteman XC Invitational with a time of 20:30.4.

Indoor: Competed at six meets in the Mile, 1000, 800, and 4x400....Bests: Mile - 5:06.71 at Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge, 1000 - 2:58.13 at Scarlet and White Invitational, 800 - 2:20.00 and Vanderbilt Invitational, and 4x400 - 4:09.64 at Scarlet and White Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed at several meets in 1500 and 4x400...Tallied a trio of top-20 finishes...Bests: 1500 - 4:55.97 at UConn Northeast Challenge and 4x400 - 4:06.69 at same meet.

AS A JUNIOR (2017-2018)

Cross Country: A part of a 2017 cross country team that won its first AAC XC Championship on Oct. 28th...Ran in two races...Best 5K time and finish at Brown-Rothenberg XC Meet, 19:51.3.

Indoor: Competed at six meets in Mile, 4x400, 1000, DMR, and 4x800...Bests: Mile - 5:08.63 at Valentine Invitational, 4x400 - 4:11.18 at same meet, 1000 - 3:01.62 at Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge (College/Open), and DMR - 12:08.86 at Vanderbilt Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed at six meets in 1500. 800, and 4x400...A part of a relay team that took second overall at the Brown Springtime Invitational at 4:14.15...Bests: 1500 - 4.39.28 at Larry Ellis Invitational and 800 - 2:17.97 at UConn Northeast Challenge.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-2017)

Indoor: Top-15 finishes in the distance medley relay and 1000m at the Nittany Lion Challenge...Placed sixth in the distance medley relay (11:55.58) at the Columbia East-West Challenge...Top-20 finishes in the 800m and 1000m at the Armory Track Invitational...Finished sixth in the 1000m run (2:52.90) at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 4x8 (9:03.78) at the Florida Relays....Placed fifth in the 1500m at the Sam Howell Invitational in a time of 4:36.67...

Earned bronze medal in 800m run (2:14.22) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Top-10 finishes in 4x4 and 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational...Placed seventh in the 1500m (4:34.16) at the American Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN (2015-2016)

Indoor: A part of a 2016 indoor team that second consecutive indoor American Athletic Conference championship...Competed in the mile run at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 4x15 (18:50.65) at the Raleigh Relays and fourth in the 4x8 (9:04.13) at the Florida Relays...Won silver medal in the 800m (2:22.31) at the Sam Howell Invitational...Won 1500m (4:34.77) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Finished ninth in the 1500m (4:39.61) at the American Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Before UConn: Earned six varsity letters at Washington Township High School… A New Balance Preseason All-American in the 1,600m… USATF NH Distance Runner of the Year… Holds the fourth-fastest time in the New Jersey history in the 1,600m run… Sectional champion in both the 800m and 1,600m.
