Huskies Finish 24th at the Head of the Charles

BOSTON, MA (October 20)  The University of Connecticut rowing team placed 24th in the Club Eight event at the Head of the Charles in Boston, MA on Saturday afternoon.

The Varsity Eight crew rowed to a 24th place finish in a time of 18:21.21 in a race of 55 crews. The University of Tennessee was the first place finisher ending in a time of 17:31.08.

The rowing team will compete on Sunday, October 21 in the Head of the Charles.
