Huskies Face Rutgers in BIG EAST Semifinal Game

The University of Connecticut men’s soccer team, the No. 1 seed in the 2001 BIG EAST Championship, will face No. 4 Rutgers University on Friday, November 16 in a semifinal game. No. 2 Notre Dame will face No. 3 St. John’s in the earlier semifinal at 5:00 p.m.
The 2001 BIG EAST Championship is being hosted by the University of Connecticut at Morrone Stadium in Storrs. The Championship game will feature the winners of the Friday night’s semifinal games on Sunday, November 18 at 12 noon. The game can be seen live on MSG, Fox Sports Net New England, Florida, Chicago and on Empire Sports (NY) Network.
Ticket prices are as followed for each day of competition: Adults - $7; Youth & Seniors - $5; Students of BIG EAST institutions are free with student ID.
