The Husky lineup remained the same. In the top singles post, sophomore Mike Furman (Allentown, Pa.) lost in straight sets to Nick Malone, 6-0, 6-0, while sophomore Max Zubatsky dropped to Chris Wolfe, 6-2, 6-1, at No. 2. This was the second time for several Huskies to go up against the Bears, after meeting up in singles and doubles draws of the Northeast Intercollegiate Championship Tournament held in the fall.
The Connecticut men drop to 4-6 overall and will next face Dartmouth of the Ivy League on Feb. 17 at noon in Hanover, N.H.
