Pisano to Take Part in NACAC-TELUS Under-23 Championships

SHERBROOKE, QUEBEC (July 26) - Two-time All-American Paul Pisano (Toms River, N.J.) will represent the University of Connecticut men’s track and field squad at the NACAC-TELUS Under-23 Track & Field Championships held July 30-August 1 at Sherbrooke University in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
Pisano will be competing in the javelin throw for the U.S. National Team on Sunday at 3:55 p.m. He is fresh off making a bid for the Olympics at the U.S. Olympic Trials where his best throw in the final round of competition was 70.95 meters (232-10). Pisano finished seventh at the Trials.
