10/21/2005 12:00:00 AM | Men's Soccer
The fourth-ranked University of Connecticut men’s soccer team’s game at No. 22 Seton Hall on Saturday, Oct. 22 has been moved to Lubetkin Field on the campus of the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, N.J. at 3:00 p.m.
Torrential rains over the last several days and the forecasted showers tomorrow have made the Pirates’ field in South Orange, N.J. unplayable for the originally scheduled 1:00 p.m. game.
Saturday’s game pits the two top teams in the BIG EAST Blue Division, in addition to serving as a rematch of last season’s tournament championship. The Huskies won the title on a 5-3 penalty kick advantage after playing to a scoreless tie through two overtimes.
