Legare and Feldman Named 2005 Captains

STORRS, Conn. (Sept. 22) - Senior Joel Legare (Holden, Mass.) and junior Max Feldman (Easton, Conn.) have been named the captains of the 2005 University of Connecticut men’s cross country team as announced by head coach Greg Roy and his staff on Thursday.
Feldman was a top ten finisher for the Huskies once during the 2004 season, finishing in second place at the Quinnipiac Invitational with a time of 26.01.9. He also placed 28th at both the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA Regionals. Legare redshirted during the 2004 season.
The Huskies return to action on Saturday, Sept. 24 when they compete at the Iona Meet of Champions.
