Head Of The Riverfront Rowing Event Cancelled Due To Weather

HARTFORD, Conn. (October 1, 2006) -- The Head of the Riverfront Regatta, that the University of Connecticut women's rowing team was schedule to participate in on Sunday in Hartford, was cancelled due to the inclement weather. The event will not be rescheduled.

The UConn women's rowing team returns to action on Oct. 22 when it participates in the Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston.
