Baseball Holds Annual Blue/White World Series

STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut baseball team will be holding its annual Blue/White World Series beginning on Thursday, Oct. 8 at J.O. Christian Field.
The Huskies will be separated into two teams and will play a best-of-five series beginning Thursday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. Friday's game will take place at 3:00 p.m. as well, while game three on Sunday will begin at 9:00 a.m.
On the hill for the Blue team on Thursday afternoon will be Ted Hurvul as he will be up against fellow teammate Pat Butler, who is the White team's game one starter.
The Blue/White World Series is free for all fans at J.O. Christian Field.
