Huskies Set Sights on Clemson Regional

CLEMSON, S.C. - The UConn baseball team prepared for the NCAA Tournament's Clemson Regional on Thursday, participating in practice at Doug Kingsmore Stadium.

For the Huskies, this weekend marks their 17th overall trip to the NCAAs and the second straight.

The Huskies will play in their first tournament game of the season on Friday with a 3:00 p.m. match-up against Coastal Carolina.

This is the first-ever meeting between the Huskies and Coastal Carolina. The winner will play on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. against the winner of the Clemson-Sacred Heart Friday night contest.
