Tennis Falls To NAIA Power Point Loma Nazarene, 7-0

SAN DIEGO, Calif. The UConn men's tennis team finished its spring break trip to San Diego, Calif. with a 6-1 loss to No. 16 UCSD on Wednesday. The Huskies also competed against No. 8 ranked NAIA power Point Loma Nazarene, falling, 7-0.

Against UCSD, Scott Warden and Jacob Spreyer were successful at No. 1 doubles, winning their match 8-6. Dave Adams was the only other Husky to take a match. He defeated Sam Ling, 6-4, 4-6, 10-2 at No. 4 singles to earn UConn's only point.

Against Point Loma Nazarene, The Huskies were swept, 7-0. Once again, Warden and Spreyer took their match at No. 1 doubles. They handled the opposition, 8-5.
