Women's Swimming And Diving Falls To Colgate

HAMILTON, N.Y. - The University of Connecticut women's swimming and diving team fell to Colgate on Saturday by a score of 177-120. UConn concludes the dual meet portion of its season with a 4-3 record.
Senior Danielle Cecco (Hicksville, N.Y.) won both diving events with a score of 311.85 in the one-meter diving and a 343.80 score in the three-meter.
Senior Mary deMarrais (Bernardsville, N.J.) was a winner in the 1000-yard freestyle in a time of 10:30.67.
The Huskies returns to action next Saturday when it plays host to the non-team scoring UConn Open.
