STORRS, Conn. - Coming off a stretch of three straight road contests, the UConn men's soccer team returns home on Saturday night when it hosts American Athletic Conference rival UCF, with a kickoff time of 7 p.m. (ET) at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium.
The Huskies (7-4-2, 4-0-0 American) have posted four shutouts in conference play, taking over sole possession of first place in the American standings with three league games remaining - two of which will be at home (UCF - Oct. 21, Memphis - Oct. 28).
General admission is SOLD OUT for the upcoming game against UCF, but a limited number of reserved tickets still remain for fans. Group tickets are also available for $2 by contacting John Donlon (john.donlon@uconn.edu), Director of Soccer Administration.
UConn is averaging over 3,500 fans per match this season, one of the top attendance figures of any Division I team in the country.
With five games remaining in the regular season, the Huskies have three home matches left against UCF, Memphis and Yale (Oct. 31). If UConn wins the AAC regular season title, it will host the AAC Tournament on Nov. 10 and 12 at Morrone Stadium.
