UConn to Play Temple in First Round of AAC Men’s Soccer Championship

STORRS, Conn. – The fourth-seeded UConn men's soccer team will battle the Temple Owls (5th seed) in the first round of the AAC Men's Soccer Championship on Tuesday, Nov. 6 at the UCF Soccer Complex in Orlando, Fla. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET.
The Huskies prevailed over the Owls, 2-1, in the regular season matchup, with both goals coming from the foot of senior Abdou Mbacke Thiam.
The winner of the Tuesday's first round will move on to play top-seeded UCF on Thursday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. ET
The tournament features a single-elimination format beginning with the first round on Tuesday, Nov. 6. Tuesday's contests and Thursday's semifinals will be streamed live on the American Digital Network. The championship, slated for Saturday, Nov. 10, will be available live on ESPN3. The tournament champion will earn the league's automatic bid to the 2018 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship
