Rowing Announces Walk-On Meeting Dates

Info Sessions Scheduled for Week of 8/27.
STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut rowing program will hold three information sessions for students interested in trying out for the 2018-19 team. No previous rowing experience is required to join the team.
The meetings will be held on Tuesday, August 28th and Wednesday, August 29th at 4:00 p.m. in the Student Union Room 325, and Thursday,
August 30th at 7:00pm in the lobby of the Greer Field House. These sessions are open to all full-time female UConn students who are interested in learning more about the rowing program.
The coaches will cover everything to know about tryouts, what your first year on the team will be like, team expectations, and the opportunities you will have available as a member of the program.
All interested athletes should attend one of the meetings. If you are unable to attend any of the meetings listed, please contact assistant coach Kathy Les (katherine.les@uconn.edu).
