Men’s Basketball Travels to Ohio to Face Cincinnati

STORRS, Conn. – Hitting the road for the first of two consecutive conference road games, the UConn men's basketball team travels to Cincinnati to face the Bearcats on Saturday, Jan. 12. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET, with the game being broadcast on ESPN2.

- The all-time series between UConn and Cincinnati is tied 13-13. The Bearcats won both of last season's meetings between the two schools.
- Cincinnati (13-3, 2-1) is coming off a 70-65 overtime victory on the road at Tulsa on Thursday.

Leading the Pack…
Coach Dan Hurley enters his first season at the helm after he became the 19th head coach in the history of UConn men's basketball on March 22, 2018. Prior to his hiring, Hurley spent two seasons at Wagner College and six at the University of Rhode Island, and owns a collegiate coaching record of 153- 105 (.593). He is coming off two consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances and last season was named the Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year.
