UConn Clashes With Big Green on Saturday

HANOVER, N.H. – The UConn swimming and diving team returns to competition at Dartmouth on Saturday, January 12 at 4 p.m. at the Karl Michael Pool.
The Huskies wrapped up the 2018 portion of their schedule with a meet victory against Williams College and Boston University on December 1.
UConn have been taking part in Winter Training Camp since the end of the holidays, beginning on January 2 in Storrs. The Huskies will resume Winter Training Camp after the Dartmouth meet in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. from Monday, Jan. 14 to Saturday, Jan. 19.
UConn hosted Dartmouth last season for its Senior Day meet and posted victories for both the men and women's team. Will Kearsey, Matt Dagenais and Joey Homan swept the 100 Back. Georgia Apostolu and Jackie Van Lew followed suit with first and second place finishes in the event. Meanwhile, diver Erin Clifford, secured NCAA Zone meet qualifying scores in both the 1M and 3M competitions.
UConn celebrates Senior Day during its final home dual meet against Villanova on Saturday, January 26 at noon. The Huskies will honor nine seniors prior to the meet with Julie Hu, Monica Marcello, Maddy Blair, Jackie Van Lew and Annika Grewal being recognized on the women's side. Anthony Dell'Isola, Luke Martin, Mark Hunter and Matt Dagenais represent the seniors on the men's team.
