UConn Wraps Up Non-Conference Play at Syracuse

STORRS, Conn. – UConn men's soccer caps the non-conference portion of its schedule Tuesday night, as the Huskies prepare for a midweek tilt against former Big East foe Syracuse at the SU Soccer Complex. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 pm, and the game will be live streamed on ACCNX/ESPN+.

The UConn men's soccer team got back in the win column Saturday night, earning a hard-fought, 2-0, victory over the Cincinnati Bearcats in AAC conference action. The Huskies improved to 4-7-1 while Cincinnati dropped to 4-7-1.
Felix Metzler got UConn on the board in the 75', drilling a penalty kick past the glove of Noah Lawrence into the back of the net.
Less than 15 minutes later sophomore Ibrahima Diop added the finishing touches to the win by cashing in a goal off an assist from Dayonn Harris, giving the Huskies a 2-0 lead in the 89'.
