No. 4 Huskies Take On Ohio State Sunday

STORRS, Conn. – The No. 4 UConn women's basketball team (4-0) begins a three-game road stretch at Ohio State (3-1) Sunday at 3 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN and the UConn IMG Sports Network on The River 105.9.
The Huskies are coming off an 83-44 win over Virginia on Tuesday. Junior Megan Walker led UConn with 19 points and nine rebounds. Sophomore Christyn Williams (17), senior Kyla Irwin (13) and freshman Anna Makurat (10) also scored in double digits. Four Huskies had at least six rebounds in the game.
UConn is 5-0 all-time vs. Ohio State. The Huskies have won their last 22 games vs. Big Ten opponents.
The Huskies announced their 2020 signing class this week. The incoming freshmen include Paige Bueckers, Aaliyah Edwards, Piath Gabriel, Mir McLean and Nike Muhl. UConn has espnW's No. 2 overall class, which includes No. 1 Bueckers, No. 21 McLean and No. 26 Edwards.
Single game tickets for UConn's premium games are on sale now. The games include Notre Dame on Dec. 8 (Gampel), Baylor on Jan. 9 (XL Center), Tennessee on Jan. 23 (XL) and Oregon on Feb. 3 (Gampel). UConn will have a quick turnaround as the team faces Dayton on Tuesday at 7 p.m. The game will be streamed through ESPN+, which is ESPN's subscription streaming service.
