AAC Rowing Championships Moved to Friday, May 17

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Due to severe weather conditions moving into the area, the 2019 American Athletic Conference Rowing Championships have been rescheduled for Friday, May 17, as announced by the conference office this evening. The championships were originally slated for Sunday, May 19.
Races will begin at 8 a.m., with the award ceremony scheduled for a 10:45 start.
Championship scoring is new for 2019. The conference's team championship and automatic qualifier will be determined by points accrued in the three NCAA events: Varsity 4, Second Varsity 8 and Varsity 8. Titles will be awarded in the Third Varsity 8, Second Varsity 4 and Third Varsity 4.
