UConn Football Promotional Schedule Released

Highlighted by Post-Game Fireworks on August 29th
STORRS, Conn. - UConn Athletics has announced the promotional schedule for the 2019 football season.
The list of promotions is highlighted by a post-game firework pyrotechnic display at the Home Opener on Thursday, August 29th. Also taking place at the Home Opener is the annual autograph session with the men's and women's basketball teams and the men's hockey team. This autograph session will take place at Fan Fest, located outside the stadium between gates C and D.

2019 UConn Football Promotional Schedule
- Thursday, August 29 vs. Wagner
- Post-Game Fireworks!
- Stick around after the game to enjoy a post-game fireworks display
- Men's & Women's Basketball and Men's Hockey teams to host Autograph Session at Fan Fest prior to the game from approximately 5:30-6:30 p.m.
- High School Football Night
- All high school football teams that register in advance will receive complimentary admission to the game. To register your team, please email your 2019 roster to marketing@uconn.edu. The deadline to register a team is Tuesday, August 27.

- Post-Game Fireworks!
- Saturday, September 7 vs. Illinois
- Touch-A-Truck event for kids at Fan Fest
- Have your little one see several trucks in person, take pictures and get their paws on them. Expect to include Fire Trucks, Police Vehicles, Rescue Vehicles, Military Equipment and more to come!
- Band Day
- Enjoy an exciting halftime show by the UConn Marching Band and over 1,000 local high school marching band members.
- Green Game Day
- Students from the EcoHusky student group and EcoHouse living and learning community attend the game to promote environmental stewardship while contributing to the festive atmosphere
- Touch-A-Truck event for kids at Fan Fest
- Saturday, October 5 vs. USF
- President Katsouleas Inauguration Game
- Join us as we welcome President Thomas Katsouleas to UConn Nation
- Ultimate Day of Tailgating
- Ultimate Tailgate Challenge – Enter your tailgate into the competition for the best tailgate scene UConn has to offer. Winning tailgate will be selected at this game and be presented with a Championship Belt and Tailgate Prize Pack. Details and registration will be released in mid-September.
