Rowing Treks to Head of the Schulykill Regatta

STORRS, Conn. – Ready for another weekend of competition, the UConn women's rowing team will head south for the Head of the Schuykill Regatta on Saturday, Oct. 30.
Held annually in the last weekend of October, the Head of the Schuykill Regatta is one of the largest two-day rowing events that lines the banks of the Schuykill River in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
UConn will have two boats racing in the Women's Championship Fours to start the day at 11:05 a.m., and three more boats will represent the Huskies in the Women's club Championship Eights that afternoon at 2:25 p.m.
Following Saturday's competition, the Huskies will close out their fall schedule at the Nyra Invitational on Sunday, Nov. 14.
