STORRS, Conn. – The UConn baseball team's final regular-season series at Elliot Ballpark, scheduled for May 20-22 against Seton Hall in Storrs, will be played without any COVID-related capacity limitations. The decision to host fans at Elliot Ballpark with 100 percent capacity comes after Governor Ned Lamont announced a new set of COVID-19 safety protocols, after following updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Â
Fans interested in attending should follow THIS LINK for ticket information and are encouraged to claim tickets online in advance of the games. Tickets claimed online will be sent to the patron via mobile ticket delivery. If fans need an alternative option, please call the UConn Ticket Office at 877-288-2666.
All tickets will be free of charge and fans can either select a reserved seat in the stands of Elliot Ballpark, or a general admission seat on the hill along the first baseline. Fans who select general admission seats will be allowed to bring lawn chairs and blankets inside Elliot Ballpark.
A single-ticket will be valid for both games of Friday's doubleheader. Â
UConn will require fans who are not fully vaccinated to wear a face covering. As a reminder, someone is fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine and two weeks after the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
Fans are encouraged to park in the South Garage, which will offer a special rate of $5 for entry on Thursday and Friday. Parking in South Garage will be free of charge on Saturday.Â
Gates will open 90-minutes prior to first pitch and concessions will not be available for any game during the series. Fans will be allowed to enter Elliot Ballpark with an unopened bottle of water.Â
