"I am thrilled to welcome Nikki to the UConn Softball family," Valentino said. "Nikki's passion for teaching the game aligns with our program's values and I am so excited for her to begin working with our student-athletes. Her drive, discipline, and energy will definitely contribute to achieving our program's vision as well as competing to win a BIG EAST Championship this upcoming season."
