UConn Football Announces Finalized 2023 Schedule

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn football program has finalized the dates for their 2023 schedule. Game times and television information will be announced at a later date.
The Huskies will open the 2023 season at home on September 2 hosting the NC State Wolfpack at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field, the first off three matchups against teams from the ACC on the slate.
Season ticket deposits for the 2023 season are available now for new buyers for just $35 per seat by visiting this link. Current UConn football season ticket holders can renew their seats by visiting this link.
The remainder of home games at the Huskies' East Hartford home will feature matchups against FIU on September 16, Duke on September 23, Utah State on September 30, USF on October 21 and FCS member Sacred Heart on November 18
UConn also has four first-ever match-ups next year as they travel to Georgia State, Rice and Tennessee and host Sacred Heart. The Huskies will head to James Madison in the first-ever meeting between the two schools on the FBS level. The two schools met five times from 1993 through 1999 with the Dukes holding a 4-1 lead in the all-time series.
The Huskies round out the 2023 schedule with games against regional rivals as they travel to Boston College on October 28 and take on Massachusetts to close the season on November 25 at a neutral site to be announced.
