UConn Finishes Trip to NC and Texas

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn men's and women's track and field teams sent a select group of student-athletes to three different events this week, competing at the Raleigh Relays at NC State, the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in Austin and the Texas State Bobcat Invitational.
The Huskies are back at home for the first of two home meets this spring at the George J. Sherman Family Sport Complex next weekend. UConn will host the Dog Fight Invitational on April 2 and then the Northeast Challenge on April 15-16. UConn's home facility will serve as the host site for the 2022 BIG EAST Outdoor Championship as well this May
Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays – March 23-26 - Results
- Junior Patricia Mrockowski (Berlin, Conn.) took third in the high jump with a height of 1.77 meters, her best jump this outdoor season and a new PR outdoors.
Raleigh Relays – March 24-26 - Results
- Senior Mia Nahom (New Milford, Conn.) took home fourth in the 3000 meters steeple chase with a time of 10:05.10.
Texas State Bobcat Invitational – March 24-26 - Results
- Sophomore Jasmine Barrow (Athens, Ga.) finished fifth in the triple jump with a leap of 12.44 meters, coming on her second to last attempt on the night.
- Senior Mikyla Rodgers (South Huntington, N.Y.) took a 10th place finish in the hammer throw with a best throw of the day at 53.84 meters.
- Junior Emma Chee (Bainbridge Island, Wash.) took fifth in the pole vault with a height of 4.05 meters.
