NEW YORK – UConn women's basketball seniors Christyn Williams, Olivia Nelson-Ododa  and Evina Westbrook were selected in the Second Round of the 2022 WNBA Draft Monday evening.
Williams was taken with the 14th overall pick by the Washington Mystics. The Los Angeles Sparks drafted Nelson-Ododa with the 19th overall pick. Westbrook was selected by the Seattle Storm with the 21st overall pick.
Williams is the fourth Husky all-time to be drafted by the Mystics.
Nelson-Ododa is the third UConn player to be drafted by the Sparks. She joins 2019 UConn graduate Katie Lou Samuelson on LA's roster.
Westbrook is the seventh Husky to be drafted by the Storm. She joins Sue Bird, Breanna Stewart and Gabby Williams as UConn alums on Seattle's roster.
