Huskies begin conference competition

Storrs, Conn. – The University of Connecticut Swim and Dive team will play host to conference foes Georgetown and Villanova.
The Huskies are coming off a win against SCSU last week, defeating the Blue Devils 163-90. Highlights include a pair of wins in both Dive events for Julia Pioso.
Last year, UConn defeated Georgetown and Villanova on the road with scores of 158-142 and 180.50-119.50 respectively. The team looks to replicate this performance this year with a favorable home crowd environment.
Action against Georgetown begins Friday at noon followed by action against Villanova Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
