MSOC season opener canceled due to weather

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The UConn men's soccer team's season opener at Charlotte has been canceled, with no plans to reschedule.
The match was stopped in the 66th minute due to thunderstorms in the area. After an hour delay, the match was officially canceled, ruling the match a no contest.
UConn will return to action this Sunday against Holy Cross at Morrone Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:00pm. Tickets are available HERE.
