Softball Announces Schedule Update to Providence Series This Weekend

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn softball program has announced a schedule change to their upcoming weekend series against the Providence Friars at Burrill Family Field.
Due to expected inclement weather in the Storrs area on Sunday, April 19, UConn and Providence will play a doubleheader on Saturday, April 18. Game one is slated to begin at 2:30pm with the second game scheduled for 5:00pm. The series opener remains as scheduled on Friday, April 17 at 7:00pm.
