Women's Hockey Reveals 2026-27 Schedule

STORRS, Conn. – Head Coach Chris MacKenzie has announced the UConn women's hockey 2026-27 schedule. The Huskies will play a 34-game slate that features 17 home contests at the Toscano Family Ice Forum, and 24 Hockey East matchups.
UConn will begin their season with one exhibition game against in-state rival Quinnipiac at the Toscano Family Ice Forum on September 19 at 3:00pm. Admission will be free to the public.
UConn opens the 2026-27 schedule with a challenging eight-game non-conference stretch spanning from late September through October. The Huskies begin the year with a two-game road series at St. Cloud State (September 25 & 26) before returning to Storrs for their home opening weekend against Clarkson on October 2nd & 3rd at the Toscano Family Ice Forum. UConn then travels to Princeton for a two-game series (October 16-17) before returning home to host Mercyhurst (October 23-24).
The Huskies will kick off their Hockey East slate with a home and home against Holy Cross (October 29-30). UConn will play two-game series against Boston College (November 5-6), Providence (November 13-14), Vermont (November 20-21), and Boston University (December 4-5) to close out the first half of the year.
UConn will play in the 22nd annual Nutmeg Classic set to be hosted by Quinnipiac at M&T Bank Arena. The Huskies will open the tournament against Sacred Heart on November 27 at 6:30pm.
UConn will begin the second half of the regular season from January 8-9 with a two-game home series against Maine. The Huskies will play three more two-game conference series in January, Merrimack (January 15-16), Northeastern (January 22-23), and New Hampshire (January 29-30).
To close out the regular season slate, UConn will play six conference games in the month of February. The Huskies will head to Maine on February 4 and then return home to face New Hampshire on February 6. UConn will then welcome Vermont to Storrs on February 12 before traveling to Holy Cross on February 13. The Huskies will play their final home game of the regular season on February 18 against Boston College. UConn will conclude the regular season at Northeastern on February 20.
