Newmark Establishes Program Supporting UConn Athletic Foundation

STAMFORD, CT โ Commercial real estate firm Newmark (NASDAQ: NMRK) announcedย a strategic program with UConn.ย The initiative is designed to support UConn'sย athletic programs and student-athletes by donating a portion of fees generated from its commercial real estate services. This enables UConn affiliated companies or clients to allocate a share of transaction- and advisory-related fees generated by Newmark toward UConn Athletics, academic and research initiatives or the University's general endowment.ย This creates a direct link between real estate activity and institutional impact.
