Indoor

An IC4A Champion for the UConn 4x400 relay team that won at the IC4A Championship with a time of 3:11.45.
Recorded a new PR in the 400 meters at the AAC Indoor Championship, placing 6^th overall with a time of 47.94 seconds.
Earned All-AAC honors as a member of UConn’s 4x400 team at the AAC meet, finishing 2^nd at 3:12.89.
Earned All-New England honors in the 400 meters, a 3^rd place finish (48.91) and in the Distance Medley Relay (10:02.93).
Set new PR’s in the 500 meters (1:05.85) at the Beantown Challenge, and in the 600 meters (1:21.24) at the BU Season Opener.

2018-19 (Freshman)

Indoor

Earned All-East and All-New England honors as a member or UConn relay teams
Helped the Huskies to a 3^rd place finish in the 4x400 relay at the IC4A Championship (3:12.77).
Went to the podium with the UConn Distance Medley Relay team at the New Engand Championships after a 2^nd place finish (9:54.42).
Also finished 9^th in the 400 meters at New England’s with a time of 49.84 seconds.
Had his fastest 400-meter time of the indoor season at the BU Valentine Invitational, clocking in at 49.31 seconds.

Outdoor

Had his best time of the outdoor season in the 400-meter hurdles at the Spec Town Invitational, finishing 6^th in a time of 53.87 seconds.
Scored for the Huskies in the 400-meter hurdles at the AAC Outdoor Championship, finishing 7^th in 54.05 seconds.
Took 5^th in the 400 m hurdles at both the UConn Northeast Challenge (53.89) and the Larry Ellis Invite (54.67).
