As a Fifth Year Senior (Fall 2023): Team Captain. Played in all 19 matches and made 11 starts. One of 10 Huskies to play over 1000 minutes with 1020 minutes. Her lone goal of the season was a game-winner against Seton Hall (10/16) on a penalty kick during season-high 79 minutes. Played 69 minutes and logged three shots during season-opening match vs. BU (8/20). Played 71 minutes on Senior Day vs. Marquette (10/1).Â
As a Senior (Fall 2022): Team Captain. Started in all 18 matches and was fourth on the team with 1420 minutes played. Scored two goals including one game-winner. First career goal came in road victory vs. Syracuse (8/21). Notched a goal in a win against DePaul (10/13).Â
As a Junior (Fall 2021): Started in all 18 games ... second on the team with 1604 minutes ... played 90+ minutes in 14 games ... notched an assist vs. Syracuse (9/12).
As a Sophomore (Spring 2021): Started all 12 matches for the Huskies. Totaled 12 shots and three shots on goal. Played 108 minutes against Seton Hall (4/3). Played 100 minutes vs. Villanova (3/7). Played in 90 minutes or more in nine matches.Â
As a Freshman (2019): Played in 16 matches and started 15 as a freshman, primarily in the midfield. Racked up seven shots including a career-high four against Cincinnati (9/26). Fifth on the team with 1218 minutes on the field. Seven times played the entire game for the Huskies. Â
High School: Lettered two seasons at Watertown High School under head coach Christina Caron. She earned All-State honors in 2016 while leading her team to an NVL Championship season. In 2015, the team finished runner-up in the NVL and Zaccagnini received All-NVL recognition. She played club soccer at Oakwood Soccer Club and helped lead her team to a New England NPL Championship in 2016 and a US Club NYCSL NPL Championship in 2013. Also won the 2016 National Elite Women's Soccer Showcase (NEWSS). She also lettered in track and field in high school and was the Most Outstanding Overall Female Performer in the NVL in 2019. Zaccagnini was a member of the National Honor Society and World Language Honor Society.
