2022 Season: Appeared in one game, tossed a scoreless inning with a pair of strikeouts vs. UMass (4/19).

2021 Season: Appeared in three games on the hill for the Huskies. Pitched 1.1 innings at Coastal Carolina (3/8) with a pair of strikeouts.Pitched 0.1 of an inning against Texas Tech (3/13) and URI (3/27).

A grad transfer from Lafayette College.

Before UConn:

2019-2020: Tore his UCL on February 1, 2019 and rehabbed during the 2019 and 2020 seasons. Served as team captain in 2020.

2018: Started five of his nine appearances on the mound with 16 strikeouts in 27 innings…Had a seven-inning start at Maryland Eastern Shore allowing just two hits while striking out six, allowing no runs in an 8-0 victory on 3/3. Injured his inguinal hernia on April 7, 2018 and missed rest of the 2018 season.

2017: Made eight starts in 12 total appearances on the mound as a freshman…in 31.1 innings pitched, struck out 14 batters…made first career start at FDU (3/7)…went three innings and did not allow an earned run in a start at Penn (3/26).

At Christian Brothers Academy: Four-year letterwinner…was the eighth pitcher in school history to throw a no-hitter…member of the Perfect Game Underclassman All-American Team in 2015 and the Perfect Game Rawlings Northeast All-Region Team in 2016…served as a team captain during senior season…helped lead team to three Monmouth County Championships and a NJSIAA Non-Public State Championship in 2015, when the team was ranked 23rd in the nation by USA Today…the following season, the team was ranked fifth in the country according to USA Today...member of the 2016 Jersey Shore Carpenter Cup Team.

Personal: Son of Kenneth and Gwen C. Campbell…has a younger sister, Julia...Sport Management major at UConn. Got degree in Psychology and Economics at Lafayette.
