Indoor

For the third-straight indoor season, earned All-East at the IC4A Championship on a UConn relay team as a member of the 4x800 team that took the top-spot with a time of 7:30.69
Ran the 800 meters indoors for the first time during his college career as a junior and scored for the Huskies at both the AAC Championship and the New England Championship.
Posted a new PR at New England’s in the 800, recording a 1:53.91 in prelims and coming in 4^th overall in the event.
Finished 7^th overall in the 800 at the AAC meet at 1:55.61.
Took 3^rd in the 800 meters at the URI Sorlein Invite and also was a part of UConn’s winning 4x400 meter relay team at the event with a time of 3:21.63.
Helped the Huskies to a 2^nd place finish in the 4x880 yd relay at the Beantown Challenge.

2018-19 (Sophomore)

Indoor

Posted new PR’s in both the 400 meter and 500 meters during the indoor season. Scored for the Huskies at the IC4A Championship in the 500 meters, taking 7^th in a new career-best time of 1:04.25
Had a new career-best time in the 400 meters at the BU Valentine Invitational, clocking in at 49.07 seconds.
Earned All-East honors for the second-straight year on a UConn relay team at the IC4A Championship. Helped UConn to a 3^rd place finish in the 4x400 in a time of 3:13.97.
Garnered All-AAC honors at the AAC Indoor Championships with UConn’s Distance Medley Relay team that took 2^nd place in 10:04.56.
Got his first collegiate win by winning the 400 meters at the URI Pre-Conference Meet.
Scored points for UConn at the New England Championships with an 8^th place finish in the 500 meters. Was 4^th in the 500 meters at the Beantown Challenge.
Ran on the 4x400 meter relay team that grabbed 2^nd at the URI Sorlein Invitational in 3:27.33.

Outdoor

Posted his fastest 800 meter time of the outdoor season at the UConn Northeast Challenge at 1:57.18.
Ran on the Huskies’ 4x400 meter relay team that was 4^th at the North Florida Spring Break Invite (3:16.02) and the Spec Towns Invitational (3:23.05).

2017-18 (Freshman)

Indoor

Earned All-East honors at the IC4A Championship as a member of the UConn Distance Medley Relay team that finished 3^rd with a time of 9:47.01.
Ran his fasted 400 meter time of the indoor season at the BU Valentine Invitational, clocking in at 49.87 seconds
Opened his season at the BU Season Opener and posted his best-ever 600 meter time at 1:22.33.

Outdoor

As a freshman, ran the 400- and 800-meters outdoors. Had his top-time in the 800 at the Miami Hurrican Alumni Invitational at 1:59.09.
Was a member of UConn’s 4x400 meter relay team that won at the Miami meet in 3:14.17.
Ran his top time in the 400 meters at UConn’s home meet, the UConn Northeast Challenge, clocking in at 49.60.
