UConn Athletics Facility Request Form
If interested in utilizing a UConn athletics facility for any purpose, please complete the information below. Note that submission of this form does not authorize you to utilize an athletics facility as UConn athletics staff will review the request upon submission. Submission of this form does not guarantee use of space.
Rental requests must be made 30 days prior to requested date. All rental requests forms will be responded to within 72 business hours of submission. Final approvals are reviewed every two weeks for scheduling and availability.
If approved, an athletics staff member will follow up with an email and will share a contract for all parties to sign.
The rate for renting a UConn athletics facility is $225 an hour, 8 hours or more is $5000 per day, plus additional fees (cleaning, security, setup, etc.) All rentals must be a 3-hour minimum, unless there is no setup/outside needs
