ADA
- Seating: ADA seating is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information or if you need ADA seating, please visit UConnTickets.com, email athtickets@uconn.edu or call 1-877-AT-UCONN (1-877-288-2666) Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
- Animals: Service animals or service animals in training are welcome at XL Center and Gampel Pavilion. Paperwork is required.
- Communications: Individuals seeking communication access via sign language interpreters, captioning, and other auxiliary aids should contact UConn Interpreting Services (UCIS). Requests can be made directly at ucis.uconn.edu/request/.
- Concessions: All full-service concession stands are ADA accessible.
- Elevators
- Gampel Pavilion: An ADA accessible elevator is available upon request. For access, please contact an event staff member or security personnel.
- XL Center: An ADA accessible elevator is available upon request to access the mezzanine level, lower bowl or floor seating. For access please visit Guest Services behind Section 124 or contact an event staff member or security personnel.
- Entrances: All entrance gates are ADA accessible with the exception of the Champions Club entrance.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- Gampel Pavilion: Located at the North entrance at the fire department call box.
- XL Center: Located next to First Aid behind Section 113 and at Guest Services behind Section 124.
Alcohol Policy
Any attempt to bring outside alcohol into Gampel Pavilion or the XL Center is a violation of facility regulations and may result in the guest being denied admittance, ejected, arrested and/or tickets being revoked.
Alcohol is available for purchase for individuals 21 and older inside Gampel Pavilion and the XL Center.
Animals
Animals are not permitted inside the XL Center or Gampel Pavilion with the exception of service animals and service animals in training, and of course Jonathan XIV.
ATM’s
- Gampel Pavilion: Prior to entry ATM’s can be found across the street in the Student Union and the UConn Bookstore.
- XL Center: ATM’s can be found in the XL Center main atrium and on the concourse at section 102. The XL Center is a cashless facility though, and will only allow for cash transactions when purchasing tickets at the box office.
Baby Changing Stations
- Gampel Pavilion: Available in all restrooms. Men’s restrooms are located near the East and West entrances. Women’s restrooms are located near the North and South entrances.
- XL Center: Available in every women's restroom and the family restroom located behind Section 108.
Bag Policy
All bags must adhere to the 12" H x 6" W x 12" L approved bags policy and will be searched upon entry to the arenas. Diaper bags are permitted in the company of a small child and subject to inspection at all entrances. Bags carrying medical needs are also permitted and subject to inspection at all entrances. Binoculars
Guests are welcome to bring their own binoculars in the arena and are subject to inspection at all entrances.
Broadcasts
- Television: For the most up-to-date television information visit the men’s basketball schedule page and the women’s basketball schedule page on UConnHuskies.com.
- Radio: All games are broadcast on 97-9 Fox Sports Hartford, the flagship station of the UConn Sports Network from Learfield. All broadcasts can be heard nationwide for free online at UConnHuskies.com, the UConn Huskies mobile app, and on the Varsity Network app. Select broadcasts can also be heard nationwide on Sirius XM.
Cameras/Video Cameras
Cameras with lenses that exceed 3” or that have a removable lens are prohibited inside the arenas. Video cameras prohibited inside the arenas. Hand-held still cameras are allowed for personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions, other trade purposes or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of UConn Athletics.
Child Ticket Policy
All persons over the age of 2 years old must have a ticket for admission.
Concessions
Full-service and satellite concession stands are located throughout the concourses at Gampel Pavilion and the XL Center. All full-service concession stands accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. Both Gampel Pavilion and the XL Center are cashless venues. Husky Bucks can be used at select concession stands.

Entry
Walk-through metal detectors are in place and enforced at each entrance at Gampel Pavilion and the XL Center. Guests DO NOT need to remove belts, shoes or jackets. Guests DO need to remove cell phones, cameras, headwear, keys and other large metal objects.

Mascots
Jonathan the Husky and Jonathan XV are UConn's mascots. All of UConn’s huskies are named Jonathan in honor of Jonathan Trumbull, the last colonial and first state Governor of Connecticut.

- Gampel Pavilion: There are a number of options for day-of-game parking, including the North Garage, Lot Y/Z, Lot N, Lot I East and Lot I West. Please note, cash is only accepted at certain lots. For more information, click here.

Premium Seating

Prohibited Actions/Items
All guests are subject to search UConn Division of Athletics’ discretion. All guests with prohibited items will be required to return them to their vehicles or dispose of them. UConn Division of Athletics reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the arenas.
- The following actions are prohibited: Throwing or kicking objects in the seating areas; Unauthorized entry onto the playing surface; Disorderly conduct (including the use of profanity or offensive language); Standing or sitting in the aisles, ramps, or walkways; Ticket scalping (inside or outside the arena), Smoking.
- The following items are prohibited: Any outside alcoholic beverages; Animals (except service animals or service animals in training); Any outside food and beverage; Artificial noisemakers; Audio and video recording equipment; Bags larger than 12” H x 6” W x 12” L and backpacks (diaper bags are permitted in the company of a small child); Balloons; Coolers, Cans, Glass Bottles or Flasks; Drones; Drugs; Laptops; Laser pointers; Promotional items with commercial identification not approved by UConn; Seatbacks larger than 16” H x 16” W x 12” L; Umbrellas; Weapons of any kind (including concealed carry).
Radios
Hand-held and pocket-sized portable radios are allowed in the arena. Please be considerate of other guests and use an earpiece to listen to your radio.
Re-Entry Policy
There is no re-entry permitted at Gampel Pavilion or XL Center.

- Gampel Pavilion: Men’s restrooms are located near the East and West entrances. Women’s restrooms are located near the North and South entrances.
- XL Center: Men’s restrooms are behind Sections 101, 104/105, 113, 117, 233 and 230. Women's Restrooms are behind Sections 120/103, 106, 114, 118, 240 and 220.

UConn Division of Athletics reserves the right to remove any signs or banners at any time. All signs must be handheld, event related, in good taste, and cannot obstruct another guest’s view. Signs may not contain commercial messages, logos, or political endorsements and may not obscure stadium signage. Any signs determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate, or derogatory will not be permitted per the BIG EAST policy. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not permitted. Guests with unpermitted signs will be asked to return them to their vehicle or dispose of them upon entry.

- The Gampel Pavilion Box Office is located near the North Entrance beginning 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
- The XL Center Box Office is located inside the XL Center Atrium located on Trumbull Street. For weekday events, the Box Office opens at noon and for weekend events the Box Office opens four hours prior to tip-off.
Nayden Hall of Champions
The Denis and Britta Nayden Hall of Champions, located in the Werth Family UConn Basketball Champions Center lobby, will be open to the public from 2 hours prior to tip-off until 30 minutes prior for both men's and women's home games at Gampel Pavilion on selected game days. The Champions Center is located on Jim Calhoun Way, adjacent to Gampel Pavilion.
Will Call
- Gampel Pavilion: Will call tickets may be picked up 90 minutes prior to tip-off until halftime. Please see locations below.
- General: North Entrance. A guest picking up will call tickets must bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with a valid form of identification. In addition, the name on the credit card must be the same as the person picking up the tickets.
- UConn and Visiting Team Player-Guest: West Entrance. All guests picking up tickets at will call must present a valid state issued photo driver's license or identification card.
- Media: West Entrance. All media credentials should be requested by the media through UConn's Athletic Communications Department. All media personnel picking up tickets at will call must present valid identification.
- XL Center: Will Call tickets can be picked up 90 minutes prior to tip-off until halftime. Please see below for will call locations at the XL Center.
